Friday night, it was not a great dinner with my gf since I had some mistakes on orders. Oh Well,
Headed Home and logged on, Paladi whispered me for heroics. As usual, we tried to avoid hard instance like Ahn’kahet: Old kingdom, Oculus, and Hall of Light. Mostly, we would like to make CoT: Strath as a warm up run. Once again, we made the timer on Friday. Congratz me for the 1st flying mount. Yes, it was right that I didn’t have any flying mount in TBC. LOL, it was pointless that druid can shiftform and flying. Then, we had to other instances, Gundrak, DTK and Nexus. I got a healing ring on DTK and healing boot from one of heroic ( I forgot). And I was still looking for idol. Badges idol seems nice to me that that the amount of increase LB periodic healing was a great up. But the idol from epic fight mount quest was an old decent overall healing bonus increasing effect while equipped. It was so hard to decide. After that, we all went to sleep.
On Saturday, my family and I went out for late lunch. I helped my mother to get her some groceries in local supermarket. After that, I headed home and logged on. I was waiting Paladi and other to do heroics. I was bored and went to Sholazar Basin questing for Hemet Nesingwary quest line. At last, I was missing a quest for collecting part to rebuild the flying machine. After completed that question, it made the Hemet Nesingwary quest line started. I was questing and gained the achievement in Sholazar Basin. The Hemet Nesingwary quest line was easier than past two: one in STV and one in Nagrand. The elite one (Post-partum Aggression) was easy to nail with the elephant mount.
Soon after, Pkny, Paladi, renren and Wass were all here. We started our heroic run. This time we did VH 1st. We had 1st down Erekem without a problem. But we had a bump on Zuramat the Obliterator (2nd boss). None of us had experienced on this fight. We try to burn down the boss but Void Sentries got us early and I didn’t catch up group healing (I had casted Wild Growth and Tranquility on early stage). After 2 wipes, renren read about the tactic. Renren tanked the boss at the center of the room. And we had enough aoe for those Void Sentries (Pkny had Volley and traps, Paladi had Consecration, Wass (in DK) had Blood Boil/Dead and Decay, I had Hurricane). It worked perfectly. Once any of us (except renren) had the Void Shift, we could simply AOE all. Those Void Sentries had about 1k HP. One AOE could bring them all down. LOL.
Then, 2nd instances we went were COT: Strath. This time was kind of risky. On 1st put, we had Paladi down for no reason. 2nd, on 1st boss, we had Wass (in DK) down due to aggo pulling. 3rd, on the 2nd boss, I was down during the fight (stunned and low HP, sigh). Paladi was healing thru about 5% on 2nd boss. When we cleared the 10 waves, we had about 13 mins run on the timer. It was a tough fight. We had all room clear (included boss). We had about 8 mins left on timer. Once we got out the passage, renren grabbed all aggos. Wass and Paladi chained pull elites and OT them. I was healing like crazy. At the last group, the timer showed about 2 mins left. We engaged with the extra boss. We downed him before the timer expired. And once again, we made it. We knew renren would love to have that mount. However, we wanted to see Wass won the roll on the mount. We kept yelling at party channel that ROLL WASS, ROLL WASS. It was fun that Wass actually won the roll. We kept laughing about it. Congratz Wass to have his epic flying mount (However, Wass didn’t learn the epic riding skill. I would wonder how he could ride on the mount. LOL).
After that, we guys went to DTK. It was mad easy for us to PWN all the mobs. We killed all fast and no mistakes. We had some problem on the stair after 3rd boss. Those mobs would fear periodically on the fight. Paladi got fear and went other mobs. He managed to survive for a while but mobs got him. We kept fighting on those adds and the caster got me due to healing aggo. It looked like a wipe. Somehow, Renren shadowmend himself while Wass pulled all mobs away. Renren casted the battle resurrection on me and I casted the battle resurrection Paladi. Pkny back from FD. We healed everyone full and fought those mobs again. It was not fun but It brought us all the attention back. After we cleared the rest of the mobs, we engaged the boss. We had him many times in past week. the pattern on this boss fight was dps boss to certain amount of time(or health). Boss would turn us to skeletons and we kept hitting and drained HP from boss for heal. Then boss would turn us back to normal. When the transition occurred, boss hit us before we completed backed to human (We had no gear effect on skeleton stage). So boss one hit and KO renren. That was a wipe. After 2nd time on boss, Pkny pet was able to taunt boss after the transition. Then we got him again with this bug. Everyone were not feeling any tired. Then, we went to UK and then called. It was like 5 am on Sunday.
I went out with my gf at last night. The Xmas tree was so beautiful at Rockefellers Center. Then I headed home and logged on. Beros whispered me for healing in Naxx. WoW. It was my 1st run in Naxx. We had 3 bosses down: Thaddius, Loatheb and Gothik the Harvester. 1st , Thaddius was similar to heroic Mech boss fight. At the beginning, there were 2 mini bosses on Thaddius room. We needed to down them about the same time because we need to move to the next platform to engage the boss. 10 man would split in 2 groups and dps down the mini bosses. The mini bosses fight would have some periodic chained lighting and tank throw. I got the trick on 2nd time but we got Thaddius enraged. We got him 3rd time. Then we moved to Loatheb which was a Dps racing since all healing effect reduced to zero and I had 4 sec to heal in every 21 sec. It was a good dps racing. We one shot him. LoL. Most of dps had over 2k dps. It was a crazy run. LoL. Gothik the Harvester was a nice run. 1st we had to stay in 2 groups on two rooms. We had about 20 waves of mix of elite and non-elite to encounter. Once we had 20 waves done, boss would show up and engage. We had me, kyoka, renren uglykid and detho on one side. We had barantir, sherider, wiseman, islowlykill, and beros. 1st time, we had no problem on healing and dps our side. However, beros side wiped somehow. And all the elite came to us. Somehow, Kyoka managed to alive. XD . On 2nd attempt, uglykid joined to beros to clear mobs faster. We had 4 people (Detho, kyoka, renren and me) to bring down all 20 waves of mobs. Other side was looking good as well. When we engaged boss, we had no problem to bring him down. It was so sweet. Beros had the problem on his internet. Then we called for the raid. After that, Paladi invited for last heroic. We went to DTK because renren wanted to get his tanking ring. As Paladi mentioned, PUG on heroic = real heroic. Grouping with us, we were like doing normal instance in heroic. We finished the whole Heroic DTK for 20 mins. You could image how fast we pull and how strong we were. However, renren didn’t get his ring. But, Pkny did get his crossbow from Heroic Gundrak. Congratz. Tonight, I think I will go to heal in Naxx again. If no healing needed, I would go for heroic and farm more badges for healing gears.
